第一百一十六条 公安机关应当向被处罚人宣告治安管理处罚决定书，并当场交付被处罚人；无法当场向被处罚人宣告的，应当在二日以内送达被处罚人。决定给予行政拘留处罚的，应当及时通知被处罚人的家属。
